2025 Advanced Tax Planning Workshop

Join EPI Faculty member, Joe Strazzeri, Esq., CEPA, as he radically expands on the legal/financial/tax strategies considering Timing, Combining, and Sequencing originally discussed in the CEPA program.

This workshop will cover advanced estate planning techniques and hot topics for business owners including estate tax exemptions, portability, ILITs, discounting, buy/sell agreements, and the ten ways out of highly appreciated property. Also learn the alphabet soup of capital gains and income tax strategies as well as charitable giving vehicles such as: NINGs/DINGs, IDGTs, QOZs, CGAs, DAFs, PFs, CRTs, CLTs, and more.  Limited to 40 attendees.
