2025 Summit Room Drop Amenity Partner

An excellent way to present the Summit attendees a personalized and customized welcome from your brand. Once attendees are checked in, the hotel staff will room drop a customized welcome gift of your choice. Examples include branded company shirts, hats, beach towels, notebooks, thank you cards, postcards directing them to your booth in the Partner Exhibit Hall, or a combination of gifts. Products are the responsibility of the Partner to provide. Room drops will go to all 800+ attendees.

*Cost is for the labor. You will need to purchase and supply 800 items for the room drop.
