The SBA in 2022 lent out nearly 43 billion dollars of business capital in its last fiscal year. The program has continuously grown in popularity as a vehicle to provide small business acquisition financing to help small privately held businesses transfer to the next generation. In this presentation we will explain the SBA program and its preliminary requirements as it relates to acquisition financing.
